Statement Of Faith
"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect." (1 Peter 3:15)
WE BELIEVE the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God, without error in the original writings. The sixty-six books of the Bible are the unique, full and final authority on all matters of faith and practice. There are no other revelations or writings similarly given by God. WE BELIEVE in one God, creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – each of Whom possesses equally all of the attributes of deity and the characteristics of personality. WE BELIEVE in the deity and virgin birth of the Messiah, our Lord Jesus Christ, that He died upon the cross as a substitutionary blood sacrifice for the sin of the world, that He rose bodily from the dead and ascended into Heaven, from whence He will return with power and glory.	WE BELIEVE that all people have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, both Jewish and Gentile, regeneration by the indwelling Holy Spirit through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is absolutely essential. WE BELIEVE that God by grace alone provides justification by faith alone in our Lord Jesus Christ alone. It is impossible for people, in whole or in part through works, to save themselves. WE BELIEVE in the spiritual unity of believers in the Messiah, our Lord Jesus Christ, and that there is no dividing wall between Jewish and Gentile believers. WE BELIEVE in life after death, that there shall be the resurrection of the saved unto everlasting life, and the resurrection of the unsaved unto eternal punishment.
